Underwood Group is proud to present its very first Passive House build, opening its doors to the public as part of Sustainable House Day on Sunday, May 4th.
This is a rare opportunity to step inside a home that’s been carefully designed and constructed to meet the highest standards of energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability. Throughout the day, we’ll be running scheduled tours of the home, each followed by a Q&A session with owner and builder Dylan Mahony.
Dylan will walk guests through the entire journey—from concept to construction—highlighting the thoughtful design choices and many benefits of building to the Passive House standard. This project represents a significant milestone for Underwood Group, and we’re incredibly proud to share it with our community.
