The Great South Coast Sustainable Energy Forum will showcase our actions for a more sustainable Victoria powered by the south-west.
The free-to-attend event will address regional energy fairness, showcase the region’s role as a renewable energy leader, and discuss the role of renewables and community engagement and value in the Great South Coast.
Key partner, Powercor, will showcase their lidar-equipped helicopter and Muster Truck and speak on community safety, energy infrastructure and sustainability. Hycel at Deakin University - one of Australia’s first facilities for safely testing and optimising hydrogen technology, and we will share our joint work towards scaling hydrogen fuel cells into dairy transport.
Dr Anne Astin, Chair of the Food Agility CRC will update us on the CRC’s work in energy. We will also have a video from the Victorian Energy Minister, Lily D’Ambrosio who unfortunately can’t attend in person.
A program will be provided at this link in June as other speakers are finalised.
