Bundle up and gather ‘round for a warming night of winter delights at Fire Night.
- As dusk hits, all eyes turn to the waterline. The ‘Thunderchild’ swivel gun is fired - loud, raw and real, echoing across the harbour and lighting up the sky in a blast of smoke and flame. It’s the perfect opening to a night built on fire and flavour.
From there, follow the glow. The wharf precinct transforms, filled with crackling fire pits, slow-cooked street eats, and the smell of woodsmoke and marshmallows in the air.
