Cultural Awareness Training

We all aim to create diversity in our volunteer programs, but building truly meaningful and inclusive programs can be challenging.

Cultural Awareness Training will provide volunteer-involving organisations with an understanding of the benefits of working in a diverse environment and the tools to create a more inclusive organisation.

This training is available to community groups and organisations across the south-west region and will cover:

• Enhancing your understanding of engaging with volunteers from a culturally and linguistically diverse background.

• Promoting the benefits of a diverse volunteer workforce.

• A checklist to make the workplace more diverse and inclusive.
