Join Zac Nicholson and Luke Hand from Warrnambool’s Lost Cat Dining for inspiring cooking demonstrations using home-grown and locally sourced seasonal produce. Zac is a wonderful teacher, and the best part is enjoying the food together at the end. You’ll also take home the recipe so you can recreate the dish yourself.
