Whether you're dreaming about starting a business or you've recently taken the leap, knowing where to begin can feel overwhelming. With so much advice available, it's easy to become caught up in logos, websites and social media before taking the time to design a business that genuinely supports the life you want to live.
This practical and interactive workshop will guide you through the foundations of building a sustainable business, from understanding the problem you solve and who you help, through to pricing, marketing, financial confidence and developing the mindset of a business owner. Along the way you'll fill in a practical workbook, reflect on your own business ideas and leave with clear, actionable next steps.
More than just learning how to start a business, you'll discover how to build one intentionally; one that creates value for your customers while supporting the life you want to create.
