Celebrate the life and legacy of Sir Fletcher Jones in style as we launch his biography by award-winning author, Jock Serong.
Held in the Fletcher Jones building itself, this special event will mark a moment of joy and remembrance, applauding an important new work of Australian non-fiction while honouring the man at the heart of it.
Guests will be welcomed into the Fletcher Jones Foyer with sparkling wine on arrival, then invited to partake of a delicious grazing table while enjoying the displays of memorabilia and the FJ Stories mural.
Special guests will then join us on stage before a conversation about the book with author Jock Serong in conversation with Gareth Colliton.
The bar will be available throughout the remainder of the afternoon, with an opportunity to reminisce and rejoice with fellow guests, and have books signed by Jock.
We would love to see examples of Fletcher Jones finery around the room, and so we welcome guests to dress up in FJ outfits for the occasion.
